My 5 Favourite Things of 2020 - Photography Gift Ideas?

In this video I share my five favourite things from 2020, framed as photography gift ideas, but really it’s just a list of gear and tools I genuinely enjoyed using. It’s a mix of photography kit, creative inspiration, and the practical stuff that makes your workflow smoother.

The five picks are deliberately varied. There’s the Fujifilm X100V (a camera that’s easy to live with and easy to take everywhere), a book that’s properly worth your time, a Lightroom controller that can speed up editing and make it feel more tactile, a laptop that’s capable enough for serious photo work, and a fast screen calibrator because accurate colour isn’t optional if you care about your output.

In the video I talk through each item, why it made the list, and who it’s actually for. Some of these are “treat yourself” purchases, some are genuinely useful upgrades, and some are just brilliant creative fuel.

Note: the video includes product links for the items mentioned.
