Filming with Fujifilm X-Pro2: A Legacy Film

While we were all waiting for the world to feel normal again, I started sharing a bit more of my archive work, and this video is one of those pieces. It’s a legacy film I made for an artist and friend of mine, Geoff. It’s a quieter, more personal project, and it reminded me why small cameras can be so powerful for filmmaking when you keep the process simple.

The entire film was shot on a Fujifilm X-Pro2, using the 60mm macro lens and the 35mm f/1.4. It’s not a “how to” tutorial as such, more a chance to watch a finished piece and see what that setup can produce when you lean into atmosphere, detail, and a slower pace.

After a short introduction (and a quick mention of my online workshops), the legacy film runs in full. If you like photo-led filmmaking, documentary-style personal projects, or you’re just curious about what the X-Pro2 can do for video, I think you’ll enjoy this one.
