Your wedding, as it actually happened.
— The ApproachUnposed, unhurried, and quietly observed.
For almost twenty years, Kevin Mullins has photographed weddings in a documentary style.
Today, he photographs only a select few each year, which means every couple has his full attention, from the first moments of the morning til late into the evening.
There are no set-piece portraits running to a schedule, no posed groupings that pull you away from your friends & family.
Just the day itself, the glances, the love, the laughter and the small moments, recorded as it unfolds.

ever seen.
Every couple receives a photofilm.
A short film of your day: your photographs, sequenced and set to music. Something to sit and watch together, and to share with the people who couldn't be there.
You get married. I tell the story.
— WHY DOCUMENTARY PHOTOGRAPHYThe job is to witness, not to direct.
Present, not posed
You spend the day with the people who matter, not with the photographer. There is nothing to perform and nowhere to be.
Moments, not set-pieces
The real story is in the in-between: the held hands, the quiet corners, the look across a room that nobody else caught.
Honest, always
A small selection of formal photographs can still be made, quickly, if you'd like them.
