I go through the X-Pro1, X-Pro2 and X-Pro3, not as a spec comparison, but as a progression of ideas: what Fuji got right, what changed, and what bits people still miss when they pick up something newer.

Then I get into the real point of the video, which is the question hanging over the whole series: what would an X-Pro4 need to be for it to make sense today? Not just “new model please”, but a camera that genuinely fits the way X-Pro shooters like to work. I talk about what I’d want, what I’d happily leave behind, and why the X-Pro concept still feels relevant in a world where most cameras are drifting towards the same shape and the same experience.
