Autumn Wedding in Settle, North Yorkshire of Sam & Scott

A wonderful, but cold, day awaited Scott and Sam in Settle, North Yorkshire for their wedding day.

I started, as I often do, in the bridal suite where Sam and her wedding party were getting ready.

Irons to the ready for some last-minute tweaks to the outfits and then it was downstairs for the wedding ceremony.

Sam and Scott's young daughter was maid of honour and was almost, but not quite, centre stage.

According to their website, Falcon Manor is in the heart of historic Settle and is a glamorous restaurant, hotel and wedding venue that combines classic sophistication with contemporary chic.

And I have to agree—a beautiful hotel with lots of rooms and anti-chambers for a documentary wedding photographer like me to explore.

Once the formalities were over with, it was time to hit the dancefloor and let the evening guests in on the party.

I left for the long drive home having had a lovely day photographing their wedding.
