Just picked up your first Fujifilm camera? Still getting to grips with the menus, dials, and custom settings? This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to give you a clear, hands-on introduction to your Fuji gear — no jargon, no pressure, and no sales pitch.
Whether you're holding an X-T5, X100V, X-S20 or anything in between, this session will help you feel more confident using your camera and unlock its full potential in real-world shooting situations.

If the menus, dials and focus settings still leave you guessing, this relaxed three-hour course will help you find your way around them.
We’ll work with your own camera, covering the exposure basics, focusing, shooting modes and useful shortcuts. I’ll explain what the settings do, help you find them on your model and give you time to try them. You can ask questions throughout, including the ones you think you should already know the answer to.
The course welcomes complete beginners and photographers moving to Fujifilm from another system. No prior technical knowledge is needed.

During the session, we’ll look at:
Aperture, shutter speed and ISO: what they do and how they work together.
Camera modes and a useful starting point for everyday photography.
Focusing options, including an introduction to back-button focus.
Menus, function buttons and practical shortcuts.
Custom settings and film simulations, where available on your model.
Bring your Fujifilm camera and your questions. The teaching is adapted to the cameras and experience in the group. If you are still choosing your first Fujifilm, get in touch before booking so we can discuss the session.
