ScotchChrome 1000 True Film Preset (Example Edit)
ScotchChrome 1000 was a high-speed colour slide film produced by 3M in the 1980s. Known for its bold colour shifts, strong contrast, and prominent grain, it was a quirky favourite for photographers looking to push the limits of available light.
This preset, built on my custom ScotchChrome 1000 Profile, brings that distinctive aesthetic into the digital world. It leans into the film’s character — gritty, high-grain, and saturated with rich cyan shadows and deep amber highlights.
The grain is deliberately heavy and tactile, just like the original emulsion — but if you need a cleaner look, it can be dialled back or removed with a single click using the included utility tools.
Ideal for low-light scenes, street photography, and any moment that calls for a raw, unapologetically analogue look.
Colour Craft 3 - Night Echo (Example Edit)
Night Echo is part of the Colour Craft 3 series and is built on my custom Colour Signature 2025 B profile — designed to evoke the mood and depth of low-light colour film photography, without pushing things too far into the cinematic cliché.
This preset leans into muted midtones, cool shadows, and subdued highlights, giving it a quietly dramatic feel that works beautifully for dusk scenes, interiors, or moments where atmosphere is more important than punch.
There's a hint of grain for texture, but the colours remain true — restrained, intentional, and balanced. Night Echo is ideal for storytelling when the light starts to fade but the emotion is still strong.
