Digital items
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for digital items such as eBooks and presets for any reason, at any time.

Prints
Prints are custom made to order, refunds are not available. If, however, the print is damaged during shipping, please provide evidence via our contact page and we shall investigate the situation and attempt to organise a replacement.
