Tell Better Stories. Build a Smarter Business.

This intensive one-day workshop is for wedding photographers who want to refine their candid, documentary approach and gain clarity on what it means to run a successful wedding photojournalism business in the UK today.

Whether you're just starting out or have been shooting weddings for years, this session is packed with practical, real-world insight. We’ll look at storytelling, gear, workflow, branding, and business — all with complete honesty and no fluff.

Learn to see the wedding beyond the obvious photographs.

My flagship classroom workshop is a day spent looking closely at how real wedding stories are photographed. How to anticipate a moment, work quietly around people and make photographs that say something about the day and the people in it.

I’ll take you through complete weddings, explain the decisions behind individual images and demonstrate how I bring the story together in the edit. We’ll discuss your photographs too, alongside the practical business choices that support this way of working.

With just eight photographers in my Malmesbury studio, there’s room to ask the questions that matter to you.

Your place also includes:

  • My Complete Collection Lightroom Presets — worth £135.

  • The Art of Documentary Wedding Photography online course — worth £100.

Both are included at no extra charge and sent after the workshop, giving you resources to revisit and use as you put the day’s ideas into practice.

Optional VIP place: add a private 60-minute Zoom after the workshop for a closer review of your photographs, editing and storytelling. We can also use the time for a focused look at your website or pricing.

This is an in-person classroom workshop built around real wedding photography, image discussions and editing demonstrations. All camera brands are welcome, whether you’re preparing for your first weddings or developing an established approach.
