Join me for an afternoon of street photography around Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia, working with the light, architecture and everyday life of these characterful London neighbourhoods.

From Georgian streets and garden squares to bookshops, windows and passing conversations, we’ll look for the small moments that give a photograph its interest. Short, guided assignments will help you decide what to look for, where to stand and when to press the shutter.

With a maximum of six photographers, there is time for individual help while you shoot. Afterwards, you’ll receive private access to a pre-recorded editing lesson on my website, ready to watch in your own time.

Bloomsbury & Fitzrovia, London · Maximum six participants

During the afternoon, you’ll work on:

  • Recognising themes and connections that help you build visual stories.

Newcomers to street photography and experienced photographers are welcome. You only need a basic understanding of your camera and a willingness to try the exercises. All camera systems are welcome, and you can work in colour or black and white.
