St. Audries Park Wedding Venue has to be one of my favourite venues in Somerset.
Deeply embedded in rolling hills, it also nestles near the coast and is a huge, listed Manor house.
As a documentary wedding photographer, it’s a real joy to shoot at, for a few reasons.
It’s large and varied grounds are complemented by the massive manor house and the beautiful Orangery often used for wedding ceremonies.
According to Wikipedia:
St. Audries Park Manor house at West Quantoxhead in the Quantock Hills of Somerset, England, was the manor house of the Acland family.
It was rebuilt on the site of an earlier house, between 1835 and 1870 and has had a number of owners since Sir Alexander sold the building.
The property was divided in 1934, when the house was sold and turned into St. Audries School, which remained in occupation until 1990. In 1996 the house was sold to the Amitabha Buddhist Centre.

Press play on the film below to see the full wedding photofilm I recently shot at St. Audries Park for Matt and Chloe.
Me and Matt have just sat down and had a look through the photos and honestly, they are all just fantastic.
We can not thank you enough for the amazing job you have done at capturing our wedding day.
We love them!! I completely agree with what you said, there are some lovely moments that really encapsulates the essence of our day.
It’s just so wonderful seeing parts of the day we didn’t know were going on! I particularly like the one you took of my Nan looking out of one of the bedroom windows, I did a double take because I didn’t see her, to begin with!
