Weddings photographed at Nottley Abbey, by UK based award winning documentary wedding photographer Kevin Mullins.

Notley Abbey was built as a house of Augustinian Canons, dedicated to the Blessed Virgin and St. John the Baptist in 1162 (the back wall in the Monks’ Refectory is believed to date back to the time of the original foundations). Taking its name from the nut trees that abounded in the surrounding woods, it was founded by Walter Giffard, Earl of Buckingham and his wife Ermengard and was considered to be one of the largest and richest Augustinian monasteries in the Oxford region.

It is, without doubt, one of the best wedding venues in all of England and on a lovely summers day, just can’t be beaten.
