Last summer I was tasked with the pleasing job of producing the Goldney Hall Wedding photography of Connie and Cameron’s lovely wedding day.
It’s almost a year to the day since I photographed the wedding, and as I look out of my studio window now to bellowing wind and rain, it seems a long way from the gorgeous weather we had at the Bristol University wedding venue, Goldney Hall.
Goldney Hall is a really beautifully put together wedding venue in the heart of Bristol. You wouldn’t even know it was there if you were to walk past the front entrance.
Step inside, however, and you will plunge into a large, beautifully gardened wedding venue with ornate library and orangery.
How are you?
Just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you so much for being our wedding photographer and a great part of our big day. . Hope you have enjoyed it and had a great holiday in Spain.
We were absolutely stunned when seeing the photos from your website. Every picture is telling a special moment of the day in the most subtle and vivid way, this is exactly what I want.
I started my day as I often do, with the bride and her bridesmaids at a nearby apartment. Thereafter, I made the short journey to Goldney Hall for the ceremony in the lovely oak panelled library.
As a documentary wedding photographer, I spend my whole time looking for those candid moments, the little looks, the quirks of human personalities, the humour and the emotions. I really want to give my clients a record of their wedding from a guests-eye point of view.
For that reason, I try to blend in as much as possible and shoot quietly and quickly, without disturbing the natural moments unfolding before me.
Here is a selection of my favourites from Connie & Cameron’s Goldney Hall Wedding Photography.
I love them, and I hope you do too.
