Around a year ago now, I headed North to Lancashire for the Dunkenhalgh Hotel Wedding of Chantelle & Andrew.
The ceremony was at the very picturesque Emmanuel Church In The Village Of Holcombe, Ramsbottom.
For those who can remember, it was just like something out of Last of the Summer Wine.
Hi Kevin, Thanks once again for a fantastic job, it did make it such a a difficult job in selecting the photos that we wanted in the album. – Chantelle
Prior to the ceremony, however, I spent some time with Chantelle and her friends as she was getting ready over a bite of breakfast.
Once a few of the later guests had been seated, Chantelle and her Granddad walked down the aisle to a clearly emotional Andrew.
It was a great service and as a documentary wedding photographer, I love looking for those small, quirky moments that may otherwise pass us by.
I love the image of the organist for example, and the shot of the wall and hat I talked about recently in a Why I Love this Image blog post.
Even though it was late April, it was quite chilly and the guests soon headed over to the Dunkenhalgh Hotel in Blackburn for the rest of the celebrations.
It was a really lovely wedding, and here is a small selection of my favourites from Chantelle & Andrew Dunkenhalgh Hotel Wedding.
