Charlotte and Rich first approached me about their Prince Albert Camden Wedding way back in February last year.
Even though I’d lived in London for many years myself, North London had never really been a stomping ground of mine with the exception of some visits to see bands and friends.
When I researched The Prince Albert, Camden I was really excited by the prospect of shooting a wedding at what, on the surface, seemed to be “just a pub”.
Fast forward to the start of August and I soon found out that its certainly not “just a pub”. This Prince Albert Camden Wedding was genuinely emotional, genuinely fun and genuinely in a great North London wedding venue.
The day started for me just before the ceremony and I have to say, as a documentary wedding photographer shooting in and around a pub is pretty different to the normal venues I find myself in week in and week out.
The ceremony was really quite lovely, and the registrars from Camden (whom I’ve worked with on several occasions) were brilliant throughout.
The afternoon sun meant that Richard and Charlotte and their guests were able to spend the drinks reception in the garden before heading upstairs for some food, speeches and dancing.
Thank you very much for the link to our photos. We love them! You have definitely captured so many magic moments of our day. You must have a sixth sense of when things are going to happen!! We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. We also loved the music on the slideshow! Thanks for going to so much effort.
