[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I can’t quite believe where the time is going, but little Maja, who’s life I have had the great privilege of photographing at certain stages is now over a year old and it was time for another family photo shoot.
Those that have followed my Day in the Life photo shoots will remember that I started this journey by photographing the caesarian birth of Maja, followed by spending the day with her at eight months old.
Well, she’s now one and has turned into a lovely little toddler.
As ever, under the loving eyes of her parents I was really thrilled to be able to spend some time at a family photo shoot with them again.

When I do a family photo shoot like this, I shoot much like I shoot a wedding – in a totally candid, documentary way.
I personally love looking at the natural images that a family photo shoot like this generates and when I look back at the photographs of my own family, it is always the natural images that I’m drawn to.
