Last April saw me hop on a small plane with propellers (I thought only Indiana Jones flew in planes like that) and head over to the Dordogne, France to shoot the wedding of Dorothy and Bill at Châteaux de Cazenac.
The wedding was at a simply stunning château in the heart of the Dordogne region. It was mid April, and exactly one year previous there had been snow on the ground at the same venue.
This time, however, there was nothing but wall to wall sunshine and lots of happy faces.
I spent time with Dorothy and her wonderful bridesmaids before heading to the nearby village for the wedding ceremony itself which had lots of humour, emotion and those lovely “looks”….you know the ones….the ones that say “I love you”!. Lot’s of those.
Tomorrow I will publish the extended highlights of this gorgeous wedding in the Dordogne.
Later, we headed back in the sunshine to Châteaux de Cazenac where Dorothy and Bill, their guests, family and some pets revelled in the gorgeous Dordogne sunshine and the spender of the surrounding countryside.
Into the dinner and speeches that were also full of much laughter and much emotion before the evening celebrations commenced and everyone danced late into the evening.

Thank you again so much for capturing the day so beautifully. You made it all so easy and it was great to just be able to relax and not have to worry about posing! And you captured the day perfectly.
