This was a winter Wedding at Mallory Court with a difference.

I first met Gemma many months before the wedding where she told me of her dream to have a traditional winter wedding in England.

Fast forward to the wedding day itself and I find myself on a very cold, but gloriously clear and frosty day at Mallory Court in Warwickshire.

Although the weather was crisp and clear, there was yet to be a twist at this wedding in the form of a whole layering of snow that magically appeared at Mallory Court whilst the ceremony was taking place.

The perfect winter wedding.

Earlier in the day, I spent time with Gemma and her bridal party at the hotel while they were getting ready before heading off to the local church for the wedding ceremony itself.

At the church, a calm looking Andrew watched as his gorgeous bride and her dad walked down the aisle.

It was chilly in the church, but with the packed congregation all looking on the happiness and love was almost tangible as Gemma and Andrew exchanged vows before heading back for the rest of their Wedding at Mallory Court itself.

Kind Words from Gemma & Andrew

“The photos are great you have captured some fantastic moments of our Wedding at Mallory Court – many thanks. It was such a great day, we had the most amazing day.” – Gemma and Andrew

  1. Loads of great expressions in this set Kevin – really love those you’ve captured during the ceremony, and the kiss as they walk back down the aisle too. Great capture! You’ve seen some lovely, gentle moments too, such as the hand on the bride’s arm. First class documentary work as always.

  2. Amazing work Kevin. Absolutely timeless wedding photography.
    Are you mainly using a 35mm on a xt1 ?
Happy new year by the way.
    All the best,
    Andy
