This is the moment that Jenna first saw her husband to be Guillaume when she walked down the aisle at The Rectory Hotel, Crudwell just before Christmas last year.
I don’t think anybody who knows Jenna and Guillaume can be at all surprised at the out pouring of emotion on this very special day for the two of them.
It’s a cliché, perhaps, but I don’t feel unjustified in saying that Jenna and Guillaume are absolutely 100% made for each other and the sense of love, not only between them, but from their family towards them, was almost tangible.
I know that for some brides (and groom’s) they try not to show emotion at certain times of the day, and I can totally understand that, but when moments like this occur, I want to be able to record the moment – quietly and quickly – and let them revisit it today, tomorrow, next year and in fifty years time too.
Emotion is part of the fabric of everybody, and certainly part of every wedding – I really love this photograph for what it is and what it represents to the Jenna and Guillaume.
The added touch of mum reaching out to hold onto Jennas’ arm as she passed by completes the picture for me.
The love……and that’s what its all about in this frame.
It remains one of my very favourite pictures from last year. Jenna and Guillaume made a very beautiful couple and their wedding matched that beauty.
I really hope you like this picture too.
