Our new son
Normally, I put all my personal photography under the personal photography and journal section of this website. However, on this very very special occasion, I wanted to post a few very very personal images on this main section of my website.
Last Friday, I shot the wedding of Kayleigh and Tom at Kingscote Barn. Not only was it their wedding and the Royal wedding day, it was also the day that our second child was “due”. As Kayleigh and Toms’ wedding was booked before the baby (if you understand my meaning
!), then my wonderful wife and I decided that should the baby arrive on its due date, then I would of course, still shoot the wedding. I shot the wedding, and the due date came and went (I hope Kayleigh and Tom didn’t even notice that I may have checked my phone a little more often than I would during a wedding shoot). Their wedding was wonderful by the way, and I will of course be blogging that in due course.
Our baby son arrived yesterday morning – 2nd May. His name is Albie Ellis Mullins and he is smashing. My wife is brave and wonderful beyond words and I have a lot to be thankful for.
I took a camera with me and here are a selection of images. I’m incredibly proud of both my wife and my new little son. My daughter, Rosa, can be seen in the last image meeting her new brother for the very first time (today, she wore her “I’m a big sister” t-shirt to nursery which she has been desperate to wear for weeks now).
If you are interested in hiring me to document, with pictures, the birth of your baby please do get in touch.

Noa
wow.. well done mum… she is gorgeous…
Aww – these are beautiful Kevin x
FABULOUS images Kev, and I’m ashamed my head has been so far in my own work for the last two months to have checked in! Very special time. Our second visit to the hospital for Thomas (our second) was somewhat hectic, so the Leica (which I had planned to use) stayed FIRMLY at home. I hope that mums and dads to be see your work and think, you know what, this is certainly as precious as a wedding, I should call Kev in! Not many parents would be as bold I know, but hell, they would if they saw these. All my best to your new family member. Neale x
