Believe it or not, this wedding of Charlotte and Sam’s at Dodmoor House in Northamptonshire was in December.
It’s their anniversary near enough so I thought it was an appropriate time to blog their wonderful wedding.
I began the day with Charlotte, her mum and bridesmaids at a near by hotel for some coffee and bridal prep photography. The excitement was building and when I arrived at St. James’ Church, Paulespury I was greeted by an even more excited Sam.
The ceremony was presided over by the vicar who was gracious with his photography allowance and his humour too.
Out into the winter sunshine, there was time for some very vigorous hugging and congratulations before we all headed off to Dodmoor House for the rest of the wedding.
As it happens, I’d never shot a wedding at Dodmoor House and it turned out to be a lovely, surprising venue full of LOVE (the hint is in the pictures).
