Lincolnshire Wedding Photography

In June, I took the lovely drive all the way up the Lincolnshire to a lovely little place called Ashby cum Fenby (yes, it’s really called that).

Alex and Vicky got married at The Hall Farm Hotel & Restaurant there. On a picture perfect day, the theme of the wedding was summer casual and all the chaps looked very relaxed in their loud and Hawaiian shirts, while the ladies all looked beautiful on one of the warmest days of the years.

I’ve known Alex and Vicky a long time – Alex being an old rugby playing friend of mine so it was lovely to be able to photograph their wedding.

As usual, the day was shot in a reportage manor, and here are a small selection of my favourites from the day (please click to see larger versions).

We love the photos, they absolutely sum up what a fun day was had by all. There’s barely one where those in it aren’t howling with laughter and that’s exactly how Alex and I remember the day.
The one of Lennie (the camper) will be being blown up onto canvas and taking pride of place on the wall at home.
    Many many thanks

Great images of a great day, still not sure who was the star of the day, I think it was Lennie ;o)

  6. Hi Kevin

I am impressed by your wedding photography, especially the way you successfully capture the event and the mood of each wedding without the traditional interference of posted shots.

    Good luck,
    David
