Great Tythe Barn Tetbury
Many, many years ago, before I was a wedding photographer I attended a wedding at The Great Tythe Barn, Tetbury and remember thinking then what a great place it was. It’s a remarkable place really, on the outskirts of the Cotswolds market town of Tetbury in Gloucestershire.
It’s a lovely Grade II listed Cotswold stone barn which is surrounded by former farm buildings and barns which now support the accommodation for the wedding venue. The Great Tythe Barn has been in business for nearly twenty years and is one of the most popular venues in the local area.
From a wedding Photojournalist point of view it’s great. The barn is split into several rooms with a lovely walled garden for those summer weddings to explore too.
