Barnsley House
Barnsley House, near Cirencester, Gloucestershire is a stunning period hotel with lots a charm and character – perfect for a small, intimate wedding, or even a large fun-fuelled wedding.
With its nearby neighbour, Cripps Barn, many wedding clients of mine simply spend the night before and their wedding night at Barnsley House and take the short drive across to Cripps Barn (another of Gloucestershire’s great wedding venues).
For a romantic venue in a traditional Cotswolds setting, Barnsley House is pretty much perfect. The hotel’s intimate size means you and your guests will enjoy exclusive use of its facilities so, everyone can relax, enjoying the personal attention of staff on hand throughout.
It’s your day, so you choose where to tie the knot. They can host a civil ceremony in the Potager Restaurant or outside in the beautiful temple, or on the front lawn in the Gothic Summer House . They can also provide a wedding breakfast for up to 60 people in the restaurant. If you have more guests, a marquee in the grounds can be erected.
