Kingscote Barn Weddings
I’ve photographed a lot of Kingscote Barn Weddings now, and Kris and Sophie’s one last September was no different to all the rest in the sheer fact that it was a beautiful occasion. Kingscote Barn is a jewel in the crown of Gloucestershire Wedding Venues and as always the bride and groom on this very special day enjoyed a wonderful wedding that I was luck enough to photograph.
Kris seemed both relaxed and nervous, in a strange kind of way before the ceremony itself. Any nerves I’m sure would have gone right out the window when he saw is gorgeous bride walking down to meet him at the end of the aisle. No detail was overlooked by Kris and Sophie and all of their friends enjoyed a fine Autumnal afternoon in the gardens of the barn before heading inside for some of the most remarkable speeches I’ve been luck enough to witness. A wonderful oratory from Sophie’s father was followed by a touching and emotional song, sung by Kris himself that even had me in tears for a little while.
The evening progressed with more singing from Kris and dancing from the guests no doubt into the very early hours of the morning.
As always, a small selection of my favourites from this Kingscote Barn Wedding and guests can view the whole selection here. It would be great if you could leave a comment or share this with your friends via social media.
If you are considering one of the great Kingscote Barn Weddings in 2012 or 2013 then please don’t hesitate to contact me to discus you wedding photography requirements.

Cracking images as ever Kevin. Love this venue. There can’t be many places in the world that sit within a Cotswolds valley so beautifully nestled as this venue. Love the groom’s punch of the air. Neale
Kevin, the boy shot on the fence is amazing and love the contemplative groom – stunning
